Collecting
with the evolution of aroma technology and advancement in digital technology, we are making efforts to learn about digital scents. Like a fingerprint, fingerprints can be a unique identity for humans, odor is one for machines. We are working on collecting multiple scents from our daily lives and trying to expand our scent database.

Creating
as part of Arometer's research, the smells will be captured and curated into Hui's collection database. Based on the data, Hui investigates the sense of smell digitally and its relationship to sensory perception. The research is embodied through the creation of new media artwork, Aroma Digits.
